As much as I hate to do this and am gonna regret it, I simply do not have the time to work on it anymore with work and school.

all price are slightly negotiable and are for local pick up, although shipping is possible on the buyer's dollar

1.)Full running s14 kade swap with parts to go into an s13 or s14
came out of an s14 with 90,000 ran great
while it was out of the car I've been freshening it up
new plugs and wires
new exedy oem replacement clutch
new oem replacement flywheel
transmission with no grinds or issues
s13 or s14 engine harness
megan header/midpipe
etc. etc. probably forgetting a few things-$500

2.) Full s13 hatch black interior
EVERYTHING minus seats, carpet, and headliner
dash is in 7/10 condition no cracks but one defect in between the hump for the cluster and center vents-$100 for everything

3.) Black Aluminum Nismo Shift Knob
Brand new condition
Barely used, approx. 3 hours- $60 Shipped

Thanks man, sucks to see em go especially since I never got to finish the car.

But unfortunately with class 6 days a week and work I have no time to work on it, and I found an s2000 I want, something I can just enjoy as is.
