Because it was only a rental game from blockbuster.. It was never available for resale..

I guess you can get it 3 ways

1.steal it from blockbuster when it was available
2.rent it and never returned it
Or
3.purchase it as a used game when they upgrade consoles

Idk I'm not that into video games
