To lip, or not to lip? That is my question.

well, me hating the way my bumper looks, and the fact that the paint is already chipping pisses me off. considering i have a 90 (zenkie)lip, and access to a 92 bumper, how many of you would have them painted and installed on my car instead of my erebuni bumper? on that note, does any body have pics of that combo? feel free to post your thoughts of putting a zenkie lip on a 91-94 bumper.thanks. Honestly, I like your front bumper and think it looks pretty clean.

maybe i should get a close-up on the bumper, its chipping really bad, and plus theres a ton of waves in the fiberglass, on top of that, it doesn't fit exactly right. the lines don't match correctly. anywho i was just thinking i could do the lip on a chuki bumper.

factory front lip is the ultimate front end, IMO... I wouldn't change it. But I like the pignose bumper better too.
Something you have to realize though is that my front lip drags, everywhere.

it really sounds like you want the chuuki bumper and zenki lip on the car. So do it.

i like the s13 zenki bumper if it didn't have the pignose. w/ the factory front lip, it just looks sexy. i guess i just dont like the chuki bumper because it has chuki turn signals. i lik the rectangular signals. although, the chuki signals look ok on some body kits ive seen.

yeah... the chuki bumper/zenki lip combo is bad for daily driving. it drags on EVERYTHING. i'm doing the OPPOSITE of you.. i'm putting the erebuni bumper on in place of my zenki/chuki.

I'm wondering what would happen if you got some lowering springs for the front of your car and minimized the wheel gap.....seems the lip would rest flat on the ground (your wheel gap = ground clearance of lip).

Nevermind....I see what it is. Looks like you've installed yours differently than what I've seen before. Check out this pic I linked from FA, it mounts higher toward the wheel making it slant forward...and he's got what look to be 17's.

chuki bumper with zenki lip looks weird. the pdm lip looks better on the chuki bumper. but that lip is like $200.

after market lip looks nice. Zenki lip dosent belong on the chuki bumper imho. just dosent look right. But if you go aftermarket like PDM, veilside, or eastbear there about 200-350 bucks... thats the same price as any nice front bumper out there. So unless you really like the chuki bumper your better off spending your money on a JDM bumper like vertex or knockoff type-x bumper

Thats a nice front end you have tharr I never knew Erebuni made non-ricetastic body kits. All of the ones I've seen were rediculous.
