Shipping cost help
So i was wondering how much would it cost to ship a ka24e bottom block to reno? i live in south sac. I ask my friend about it he said they might make me buy a crate to ship it. So i was wondering how much would it cost to ship it and where would i be able to find this crate, so basically im asking how do i ship a heavy item? this is my first time shipping anything, please help

go to fedex.com/ups/greyhound plug in the dimensions and weight, and itll give you an answer. but yeah its heavy so its gonna cost a lot. can you tell us why youre sending it?

well im sending it because im selling it, and dude in reno wants to buy it for $200 but he doesnt want to drive for 3 hrs to get it, so he is willing to pay $300 for the shipping and stuff if i ship it.

3 hr drive for $300? Shit, if you were smart I'd take that $300 and deliver the block personally. Not to sound condescending(hope not), but do you make $300 in a days work? I know I don't.

So wait, he's willing to pay $300 on top fo the $200 for the block right? Not $300 for the engine including shipping? If its an extra $300, you make $50 per hour just to drive up to Reno. I'd drive that shit there for that...

I'd deliver
I would definitely deliver it and i would also factor in the fact its going to cost you a good 50-70 in gas. Make sure he pays first, you don't want to drive 3hrs and end up turning around if he's not there or decides not to buy. Zilvia is full of flakes.

nah i was gonna sell it to him for $200 but tehn he was like i would give you $300 if you ship it, my friend and i might drive up there tho, shipping seem like to much work

no i was gonna sell him the engine for him for $200 then he said alright, but he doesnt want to come and pick it up so he wants me to ship it to him, so thast why he offer to give me $100 more for shipping
So in total $200 +$100 $300 |
