would you be able to get these at a Nissan dealership?  if not or you know somewhere cheaper could you post it?

factory wheels are usually stupid expensive, i wouldn't even consider them

a lot of Spec V owners are putting new rims on their cars, and selling their old ones. u might try getting in contact with them. i think the site was something like b15sentra.net.
