Electrical gremlin strikes again. Yes I've searched but none of those "fixes" worked for me.

Pretty much my problem is that the car runs fine, turn the key to start the car (everything ok), turn the key to shut off the car (the car still runs,but all the accessories will turn off) the only way for me to currently turn off the car and turn off the accessories is if it I (remove the fuel pump fuse which kills me engine, and the alternator 75a fuse which kills all the accessories/dummy lights so I don't drain my battery)

Need some help from the zilvia electrical guru's

*changed the ign switch/cylinder lock (nothing)
*swapped ECU (nothing)
