head light bulb question

i have some hella e code pop ups that came with 55/60w H4 bulbs. i got them because the specs matched my oem specs and my experience with putting higher wattage bulbs on stock wiring has gotten me only blown fuses (kouki tails) but the output isnt cutting it for me. can i upgrade to say the 100/80w or any other bulb on the stock wiring? or will i blow my shit. i really wanna stay away from HID if possible.

i searched and found a bunch of bs that didnt really cover what im lookin for. maybe you guys can help. thanks.

My kind advice is to try it with high quality HID bulbs. Make a try with sparkhid. They have high quality HID bulbs with reasonable rate. Make a try.

You can get brighter bulbs like night breakers, night hawk platinums or xtreme power.

Go to candlepower.com they have brighter bulbs there
