SR Yeah Yeah, Another effing BOV problem.

Right so I fitted my Blitz DD BOV today.

Got a few issues I think.

Under normal driving, building low boost maybe just a few PSI the BOV is not opening and all you can hear is flutter. If you let it build higher boost, like 8-9 PSI it seems to blow off OK.

I've adjusted the spring to make it looser, made no difference. The vacuum source for it is from one of the ports under the TB, same port that was used for the stock BOV.

Do BOV's have a break in period? I fitted the BOV to try and eliminate the flutter I was getting with the stock one. Only started noticing turbo flutter/surge after I fitted the FMIC, everything as stock I never got signs of flutter.

Set up is S14 SR20,3 inch turbo back, cone intake, FMIC and of coarse this Blitz DD.
