another SR that wont start

casually driving to work today in my 1990 240sx stock sr20det and it died,

-checked plugs and one of cap was unscrewed and was up off the plug
-its getting spark and fuel
-rolls over but has a weird chug to it like its a timing problem
-not leaking any thing and the plugs were burning brown.
-boost gauge was reading -20 before it died so i dont think its a boost leak

im a noob but anyhelp is appreciated....
