s13 Turbo timer cycling?

Ok so my s13 has an rb25det with an apexi power fc and an apexi turbo timer the pen style and its cycling which means it counts down after being set and after its done counting down it shuts off like its suppose to do but then the timer turns on again with all the electrical components and it does it till it drains my battery can someone help me with the problem I don't have a timer harness the wires are just spliced in and now my dash clock won't work either

u sure u did it right? i just bought the harness make life easier. i dont have that issue at all. im i reading this right? u take key off and it counts down then car shuts off. then the ASSY lights come on with key out?

Yea the radio and all come on till the battery drains I looked over the wiring and its all right according to a forum I seen on it and after I checked it all out the clock on the dash stopped working but the back light for it still works
