s13 89 240sx auto to manual swap wiring???

Ok, I'm doing a swap... My question is if I'm using a manual ECU and the manual trans wiring, do I need to cut any wire??? And also what about the plugs on the clutch patel??? Do I have to hook any thing up??

The pedal just need to get looped only if you want to turn your car on while pressing the clutch. Other then that you will need to loop the typically brown with the black thick wire in the plug under the passenger fuse box. This plug is under the fuse box only in the s13 I believe it's the second one from top to bottom on the side plugs closer to the coil...any feel free to confirm on the s14 location of the plug.
