How bad is this rust, is this repairable? (large pic 56k beware -lol)

Was looking at a car on craigslist, guy would trade it for my accord (2001 automatic boring 4 cyl)

The pics on craigslist looked good, then received this pic of rust in trunk. Does this look easily fixable? There are other bad spots (passenger door has quarterpanel bondo right behind it... no idea what happened there)

I don't want to post too many pics of random dude's car on here so didn't post the others. Engine looks clean enough.

copy/paste text if you want to see pic - had to break link for complaints

Resize and come back. I've refreshed twice and even the forum server cannot resize.

Typical rust spots for S30's easy repair,(they sell patch panels) other spots you want to look at is the battery area and frame rails where Z's usually rust at.

yeah i would venture to say that if there's rust there that there will be rust in other places, how are the fenders i wonder. and I wouldnt worry about rust too much unless its in a structurally vital area.

Yea I think I'm going to pass on this. My car blue books around 4k+ so I might just try to sell it and use the cash to pick something up. Lots of 240sx in the area for 3-4k range. Few Zs tho.
