okay so i forgot, but i have money so i need to figure out what i need to buy to make this shut up.

so randomly if my car sits for a few days. Ill go to drive it, an as im releasing the clutch pedal itll make a crazy noise, and i can feel it in my foot as well as hear it from the trans tunnel. and it does it randomly when im like sort of riding the clutch moving up to like make sure that i make turns before the light turns red if you know what i mean haha

ive replaced the slave and master and the pedal. what else do i replace.

Pull the tranny, Possible that the carrier bearing sleeve is broken

Compare the two pictures and you will see that the bottom one is missing a sleeve over the last few inches of the input shaft right behind the splines. The first picture is the same type of damage Slieighty is talking about, but the sleeve is still on vs the second picture.

oh shit. Okay, Where do i buy a new one? I've taken trannys apart before, but that doesnt usually come off?

That front plate can be purchased at a junk yard for relevantly cheap, just make sure it shows no signs of abnormal wear or fractures. I called a Nissan dealer parts department once and the guy just said I could get a full transmission for less at a junk yard then hung up.
