CA SoCal T28 and HKS WG Actuator

For sale is my old S14 T28 turbo ran it at 6 psi for a year or so, then got tuned and ran it at 13psi for one track event. The HKS actuator is still set for 13 psi, but it's adjustable. Kept spinning for a while after shutdown and no smoke out the exhaust. The only thing I had concern with, was after shutdown when the turbo came to a stop it sounded a little rough. I'll post a vid of what I'm talking about. Asking $sold for both. I can even post a vid of my dyno run to show this turbo not smoking. Although it could still probably use a rebuild. I made 280whp and 280tq with this turbo with a bone stock Sr at 13psi.
