How to remove the dash?

Alright, so I've got a small crack on my dash and things are raddling like mad in there too, how do I take the dash apart so I can torque down the stuff that's in there? Please help me!!!

Also, please tell me everything I have to be aware of, like any wires I have to be careful etc etc etc. Thanks guys!

you need to remove the blove compartment, center console, panel under the settering column, lower the steering column, then take out the gauge cluster surround. the pretty much just go around and take out the bolts. if it wont move in a certian spot, look for a bolt. also, you dont need to touch the vents, they will come out with the dash, i made the mistake of trying to take them out the first time.

it's like.. 16 screws.
my riceboy friend Ricardo did a how-to on his site. If you can't figure it out after looking at the pics he took, you're screwed....
