Does anyone know what the torque specs are for the chain guides,tensiors and front cover bolts? I have it all apart but don't want to continue until I have these numbers. I'[m broke at the moment so getting the FSM isn't an option. I have searched but haven't found any numbers for these things. Can anyone help? Thanks.

here the diagram for a KA24E.. you want for a ka24DE but maybe this can give you a guideline !
