Northwest florida. In the panhandle. Shipping wouldnt be bad at all to south florida though.

There are 39 bolts and where the 40th bolt would be there is a space for the valve stem. I emailed rotiform and asked about 40 bolt upsize shells and barrels a while back and was told that it should work fine if its laid out in a 40 bolt configuration. Which they are. I just decided to sell and not go through all the trouble for the amount it was for new upsize barrels.

Shipping to new york is not an issue. If you are paying for it. They are 7" wheels. Im not sure on rear barrel width. Probably 6" with 2" lip bolted on. If i had to guess.
