Shudder Somewhere In My Drivetrain, Thoughts?

Background, Car ran fine, sister drives it. I watch my clutch vaporize, and smell it. Swapped Clutch, Flywheel, Pressure Plate, Slave Cylinder, Replaced the Rubber line with a Stainless Braided unit from Agency Power. Also had the Transmission Rebuilt, and threw some very nice GL-4 only AMSOil Trans-Oil.

So, all this was installed by a local shop, with the exception of the clutch/flywheel/pressure plate/pilot bearing, which I installed.

Trans was professionally rebuilt.

The transmission now shifts a bit hard, but I was assuming that was because of the new bearings not being broken in yet.

**The real issue is that the engine shudders if I put any more than 40% throttle in it. I have no idea why either. This happens in all gears, and also when I take it out of gear, like up to a stop-light, it almost stalls out.**

Now, when I installed the flywheel, and PP, I used red-thread-locker so that nothing would back out, and then torqued it down to factory spec. Also installed a brand-spanking-new DriftFreaq transmission mount. So, we can more or less rule that stuff out.

Let me know what you guys are thinking. I'm just brainstorming, so I appreciate the help.
