Multiple Issues on 91 coupe

I picked up an extra 91 coupe, and it's having a few problems..1. its running mad rich, all i smell from the exhaust is gas and its strong. 2 when im going down the road and let off the gas and brake to go around a curve or to stop the rpms go to 0 and the car dies. 3. the floor lights stay on at all the times when the key is turned over, and the interior lights (dome, lights under rear view) wont work unless the key is turned over, and sometimes when you turn the key over the windshield wipers will randomly do 1 swipe -.- if anyone could shine some light on any of these issues id appreciate it a lot...of this might help, the car i don't think came with the HUD/digital cluster, it is a SE model..but im sure someone put the cluster/HUD in..maybe they hacked some wires to get it to work? anyway thanks for looking.

Lmao. Check your wiring harness for splices/shoddy wiring job. More than likely someone raped the wiring harness. Also, check fuses and relays to see if any wires got spliced in.

I have an orange wire going into my fuse box and I can't remember but I think there is a wire ran to my fuse box under my hood next to the battery
