suspension noise... any else have this problem?

ok I have 1990 240sx fastback, everytime I make left turns there is a knocking noise that seems to be coming from driver side rear, I thought it was coming from my antenna motor which inside the fender, but I removed it and still have the problem... can some one help, could it be a suspension problem? only happens on left turns?

Sounds like my 2-way. But seriously, maybe it's a wheel bearing or maybe it's the shock mount. Jack your car up, take the wheel off, and take a look around. Make sure the bolts up top are secure as well as anything else back there. Gotta start troubleshooting mang.

Check that your lug nuts are all tightened. I got a thumping noise in my front end when my front lug nuts weren't all the way tight (they needed about 1 full turn to be torqued back to spec). Still haven't figured out if it was my fault or the guy doing my alignment (no noise for two days prior to or day of alignment but it started clunking the next day, though I'm not sure if he had to remove a wheel or if they just came loose due to some other reason, or maybe someone s trying to kil me).

I removed the wheels and check all the components there, it seems to be coming from inside the driver side fender, could it be the sway bar? it only happens on left turns, sharp left turns...

thanks guys...

I took out my jack along time ago....

went to a shop and they said it might be the bearings?
guess I'll find out for sure when I take the car in...

just tell people you got a two way. Eventually you'll start believing it yourself
