are there any turbos that will spool faster then the s15 t28? i prefer HKS turbos

contact HKS and tell them your HP goals and spooling desire. they should be able to point out one that fits your needs.

Um nothing spools faster than a T28 without being a downgrade.

But GT28RS / HKS2530 spool about the same and make a bit more power.
