Do you know if the ecu talk will work in a 98 240sx with a sr20det from a S15?

Yes it will, as long as you have a DLC connector wired up (5 pins total, I also have one available if you don't)

And I have no idea if the fuel rail fits on a dohc, so I'll say no.
