r34 gtr wheels are not the same as grenades.
they do look extremely similar tho.
gtr wheels have a center cap that looks like this

while grenades have a center that looks like this.

grenades came in multiple different sizes, 17" and 18", r34 gtr wheels are only 18x9 +30
