sr20det random power loss when its warm

so i just got my engine sr20det rebuild. it runs ok. problem shows up when it sometimes it gets warm then i would have a big power loss. when it happens i just pull over and turn off the engine and start it right back and the problem goes away. it feels like the car goes to limp mode

specs
edtop sr20det rebuilt

engine miles 2.2k untuned
stock boost @ 7psi
power enterprise intake
rsr gt concept catback exhaust
straight pipe
isis v2 exhaust manifold
circuit sports 1 piece downpipe
s14 t28
bc springs and ti retainers
cp pistons 9.0:1
eagle rods
acl main and rod bearings
stock injectors
stock maf
stock fpr
walbro 255 lp
greddy type s bov (recirc)
front mount intercooler

anyone encounter this problem? someone told could be a cooling issue. most of the sensors are brand new unit. except maf, tps, cas.

feel free to throw some suggestions and ideas. thanks
