AT to Manual engine swap...Pro and Cons?

just like in the title...anyone ever done it? i have a 1990 fastback..and am debating...but looking to see if it's a big hassle? if it's worth it and all that..and looking to still keep the power steering and A/C if possible

I think it's a bigger hassle than just buying a manual 240 and selling your fastback or keeping it as a daily driver

wow... why wouldn't you be able to keep power steering and AC? it's not an engine swap... you're not even messing w/ either of those 2 systems...

I think it's worth it. I did it on my 98 and haven't ever regretted it... well, there are those few times in heavy traffic... but that's it. ultimately, I'm 99% happier.

when you do the SR swap most likly you will get manual, with manual ecu and all that good stuff, all you gatta do it jump the started by connecting two wires up under the fusebox in the engine bay, and a starter lock i think up under the dash on teh column, i am getting ready to do both of those, my 240 was auto, will be manual in about a week, ill let ya know how that goes, everyone says it really easy, snip splice relax, we will see if its just that easy tho,

people let me know if i am way off, this is what all i have been told, and its what i am going to try when i get my SR this weekend, am i wrong?
