s13 Starting issues

Ok car has been running great for about 6 months didnt change anything, I drive home shut it off. Come out a hour later cranks but will not start like its flooded. You can smell fuel. Long story short the car will only start if I pull the EGI Fuel pump fuse beside the battery. I put it back in and the car runs great until I shut it off. Then I have to repeat the process if i want it to start PLEASE HELP!!!!

92 Hatch SR20DET

Replaced the fuse
Pulled fuel rail injector arent leaking
Pulled plugs not fouled or soaked with fuel
No boost leaks
FMIC pipping no leaks
LOST
