Sr20 is cutting out in neutral.

The car has a stable idle at 800rpms. It drives fine but everytime , I am at a roll to a stop and shift into neutral , the engine cuts off and it dies. Sometimes it seriously drops down to 0 rpms and comes back alive , but thats like 40% of the time. Any suggestions?

Only mods are " 3'' downpipe , i beleive also I'm using a KA24 MAF.
I cleaned the TB as much as I can , and I also checked the MAF wires.

You're using a KA24 MAF?
Is this something that'll work on the SRs? I think the voltage range may be similar, but not exactly the same (otherwise people everywhere will just use the KA MAFS..) This may explain the stalling out.

I fgured out the KA24 works fine now. could it be a bad grounding problem?
because sometimes my headlights and tach light doesn't light up... and I checked the fuses...

The 89-90 KA24E maf is the same as the s13 sr20 one, this is a known fact. Check to see if your Neutral Position switch on your tranny is still connected.. I don't have any tranny switches or sensors hooked up on my S14 with redtop, which also went from auto to manual.
