Tien HE question

Hey guys, just wanted to know first hand from some tien HE users whether the ride is bearable for daily driver. Also, is it possible to adjust the drop? How was the installation?

Thanks

Andy

Yes, it's fine for daily driving. Long drives on the freeway start to suck after an hour or so though... But after a few hours my back gets completely numbed so it's not so bad. Ride height is adjustable via the lower bracket.
Installation is cake, just takes a few hours.

maybe you should do some more research before you spend 1 grand into your suspension.

Yes, its fully adjustable, like 2.5 inches in both front rear...well just about that height. You can also adjust the dampners on 16 diff settings. So yes, its very bearable on the street. I love my HE"s i had spring/shock combo before.

Having nice seats makes rolling with coilovers even more comfortable. S13 seats just suck and hurt you no matter what. Brixes on the other hand...

Its bearable on the street, if you do alot of freeway driving It get's old quick. Escpecially with Los angeles' shitty ass freeways. I enjoyed my He's on the street, but on the freeway It annoyed the shit out of me. ordered the ksport coilovers with lower spring rates and I'm going to see how they do. Getting another s14 in about 2 weeks and the coilovers don't come in until june. Going to sell my He's pretty cheap too.

Ride is plenty bearable if you're used to GOOD coil-overs (JIC, Apex, etc.) these suckers seem soft in comparison.
