Part behind cruise control unit

Hello everyone,

First, I tried looking for "what is this part" thread, but I failed at that.

Without further ado.

I'm trying to figure out what is this part that is located behind the cruise control. I looked over my fsm, but unable to determine it. Anyone have an idea?
