So my fogs will one of them is really dirty but. Most like fogish yellowish I used toothpaste but no really differences so any suggestions Ill post pics up in a bit

Since the lenses are glass I doubt the outside of the lens is the problem. It's likely you have some kind of mold on the inside of the light itself, If there is a crack in the lens or housing water could have gotten in and caused this. Your best bet is to just buy a new light. You could clean off the inside of the lens but the reflector itself is probably damaged and will not perform well.
