help!! clunking sound in front of car!!
i recently replaced my rack and pinion, tie rods, r and p bushings, lower arm bushings with brand new ones thinking it would get rid of the clunking sound coming from front left side.
i have Tein HEs and im aware of the infamous *popping* sound that comes from the front struts but im pretty sure the sound im experiencing is a *cla-clunk* sound. it seems as if something is moving in and out everytime i go over even a slight bump or dip in the road hence making this annoying clunk sound. at first i thought it was a loose arm but now i think its my strut. is it possible that i blew the shock?? oh, and its just the front left one too. i am pissed cause i spent loads of money trying to get rid of this problem!!any help is greatly appreciated. |
