ok just one more thing...... before i took my 240 in for work, i went through some really high water (by accident) the car smelled really bad before i took it in. what should i do, take of the carpeting (possible?) and wash it. or get new carpeting for it since its pretty old an all

ded240sxowner is parting out his hatch, maybe you should talk to him about that? its listed in the for sale forum. he could probably giv eyou his carpets at a reasonable price

Aftermarket carpets are nice... but they don't fit anywhere near as nicely as the stock carpet.

ok, lets say i kept my carpet, how should i get rid of the stench, it stinks bad. the only good thing its that i know who ever is working on it wont want to drive it too much.....hahaha
