Sr20 low voltage. Tests make no sense

Ok I have a blacktop sr20. It has a 6 month old KA alternator. My battery is in the back, it's a big ass Maserati battery. Never had problems with it. I did the sr swap in late December last year. Never had power issues. I have dual FALs. When they're on the car will bog a tiny bit. Tonight when I was coming home from work everything was cool until my fans kicked on. I have a pro sport volt gauge and it read 10.8 ish volts. I turned the headlights off and it was at 11. When the fans stopped it stayed there. I shut the car off and turn it back on. Stays at 11v. At this point my built in power inverter is beeping off the system is below 12v as well. Just with the ignition in the "on" position, my walbro primes at 11.3 ish and then back to 12v when done. When the car runs, it's low 11 (pro sport gauge and power inverter is blaring) however voltage at the battery terminals are 12v and power at the 75amp fuse to ground is 11.85v. Think it's just a bad gauge and inverter connection? Well actually now it always bogs down like when fans are on but worse. I checked ecu ground and gauge grounds and they're fine. So... Any ideas?
