Hello, I have a pair of JDM S14 Zenki headlights off of my Silvia. They were buffed with 3m before removal but have been sitting in my basement since last summer. All tabs are intact. I am hoping to get $200 for them or trade for navan side skirts.

200 is a great price for a set of good zenki headlights, and even more so because of country of origin

I started autocross this year and I am in need of rear tires, that is what these will be partially funding

you ever consider being used tires (in good condition of course.)
they can be had for 15-30 each from the tire installer shops
or on craigslist/similar
