OK so i have a rb25det (s2) and just got a custom intake manifold made from one of my friends. It was made to fit the q45 throttle body on it. i keep reading that it doesn't matter what year q45 throttle body i get, and i also hear that there is a specific make and model that will comply with the rb25 (s1) and a different year and model that will comply with the rb25 (s2). what my question is, exactly what years, make and model of the q45 will comply with the RB25DET(S2).would really appreciate

really? no one here has ever put a q45 throttle body on their rb swap??

Well, my guess would be to get a q45 TB from a similar year as your RBs2.

ok dumb question but how would i be able to tell if its non tcs or not?

tcs is huge and ugly, non-tcs looks like a regular TB. google images is your friend
