this has been rumored. now confirmed.. well just see what they use in tokyo. jdm style cars are probably not sooo 'flashy' so they'll probably stick to rice which is good or bad depending on who's opinions. lets hope they dont blow drifting out of proportion even more than it already is.

it might not be a hit in america since we all know japanese seem to be nissan and toyota crazy. it seems the honda crowd will be dissapointed when they don't see a civic in action, or maybe they might get something so gay as far as to make a civic beat a skyline. . who knows, f&f seems to blow things so out of proportion that it's not even funny anymore.

i bet 240sx's are heavy in the movie.... there getting bigger and bigger and now there doing one in tokyo where drifting is getting big.....just great, something to drive the prices of our cars and the parts we need up.......but anyways call me stupid or not im always slightly entertained by these movies... there are always a few cars that i actually like.... sometimes you just have to remove some vinyl...lol

u guys are exaggerating the effect of FnF... vinDiesal drove a rx7 FD. it didn't make the rx7 scene 'explode.' paul walker drove a supra. i didn't really make the supra crowd explode either. the hispanic girl (forgot her name) drove a kouki s14a. nobody even noticed. alot of kids just went out and put FnF shit on whatever car they had. jumping ship from one car to another (esp a used shitty one like a 240) and learning enough to do a bit of modding on it takes alot of time, energy and resources; shit that most ricers will not commit to an accessory like a car.

flame on, i actually liked the first FnF. it was mindless, but entertaining.

The reason Rx-7's and Supras and Skylines haven't exploded is because they are usually rather expensive. The 240 has been a great platform at bargain prices for a number of years, but most ricers couldn't see past their Civics and Integras to find one. Now thanks to various media outlets, Rice-Boys are gaining interest in our cars. I blame F&F, 2F2F, and any other F'n movie that comes out for this cancer eating away our lifestyle. I say Screw the movies, and definitely screw APC and any other manufacturer of these ghetto-assed universal, light-up bullshit, parts that are turning decent cars into rolling piles of shit.

Man... So much drama over a speculation. Look where the info is coming from... Its a rumor-based website. There's no current script for a 3rd movie. Besides, the second movie didn't do as well as the first at the box office, and the 3rd will probably do worse. Even if it does get written, it may not get made, or it may get shelved and not distributed... There's lots of risk in sequels.
