decisons decisons... sigh

Given 1400.00 usd, for an turbo upgrade where would you go. With a gt ball bearing bolt on t28, or a t3-t4 with mani and down pipe. Even if i go with the t28 ill probably top mount it anyway just for fun. so whatever i also heard of this t28- t3 hybrid, what about that any good or not really. i did search by the way , and i found some pretty helpful infor , but i still would like to hear some other opinions.

the T28 hybrid is probably th eforced performance "big28" upgrade. you'll find more info on it searching that way. the HKS GT series can be had for around there or plainjane garret snails for less with same specs. check out www.atpturbo.com they have compressor maps and such on their turbos good stuff. people everywhere are raving about the GT25r (search around FA, Enthalpy is a big fan as are others)

it also depends on how much hp your trying to achieve, and if you plan on keeping it a streetcar with reasonable gas mileage... and your lag preference.... if all are at question, consider the big t28, or a power enterprise 1420 or 1820....

definatly big28. for the price you cant beat it. you eill have to send them your T25 for the conversion so be prepared to be without the car for a bit. or again the that GT one is doing pretty darn hot too if you wanna spend more loot.
