MAFS Ground? Shielded?

Hey guys, quick question here. This leads to my MAF sensor.

Do I ground this wire to chassis? Or to the existing ground wire (the black one)? Thanks guys, I would really appreciate some light here!

The 3 twisted wires are the mafs wires the black wire is ground, the short wire with the strands is the shielding, it should already be grounded by the ecu.

Sent from my Highly Tune Galaxy S3.4!!!

Just make sure that shielded 'ground' extra wire doesn't prick or poke the maf signal wire, or haywire ensues.

So it doesn't actually go anywhere? Do I just tape it back up? Thanks.

Yeah, just tape it back up, or trim it then tape it back up.

Ok thanks mate! I guess thats not my issue then. I'm trying to find out why I dont have 5v signal. I have 12v at the black/white wire. When I did a coninuity test between the ecu and the white wire, it said 0.1. Not really sure what that means, maybe Im doing it wrong? Said the same for the black wire.

You do have the car running when you test the 5v signal correct?

I believe most nissan MAF should be reading ~1.0V at idle

my N60 MAF reads ~0.3V when there is no air flow
