Hello all, I am looking to sell and or trade my 2000 Miata. It's been a great car and I've owned it for a year. I actually purchased the car bone stock from my girlfriends parents. They drove it from about 90-150k miles and took great care of it. Her dad is a car enthusiast and provided me with all records of it which the new owner can gladly have. There is nothing mechanically wrong with the car, I am simply selling or looking to trade because I'd like to upgrade to a larger car.

I am interested in trades for a 2 door car with four seats, such as a 330Ci, a nice manual BMW, a 350Z, a WRX, IS300, something fun and sport. Will consider S14's only but no drift cars, I already have one..

When her parents owned it, they dropped over 2k on maintenance including
- Timing belt
- Water pump
- New radiator
- New clutch / flywheel resurfaced
- New o2 sensor
- New muffler

Since I owned it, I have:
- Replaced the clutch master and slave cylinder
- Replaced the gear oil in the transmission
- Replaced a leaky valve cover gasket, plugs, and added NGK wires
- Replaced the coilpacks (all 4) to fix a misfire issue that started up
- Cleaned the car thoroughly, and cleaned out the drain plugs which were stopped up with gunk!
- Replaced the window switch
- Aligned roughly 3 weeks ago

Mods/Good stuff:
I've literally kept this bone stock save for
- New shift boot inside, black leather
- OEM nardi leather wheel
- Tein basis Coilovers
- Aluminum Garage Star JGYGT Shift knob
- STR 15x8 + offset wheels
- New tires on the STR's.
- Car has 165~~~k on it, it's my DD. I have a short 3 mi commute now. It has working heat and AC.
- I took apart the headlights and blacked them out. Looks really nice.
- Car has factory front lip, skirts, fogs, and mudfups

The things that are not perfect on the car:
- Driver side seat has a small tear on it. Nothing too major.
- The paint is about a 8/10. The trunk is def a 5/10 as it is fading. Only area fading, not sure why.
- The PO had a small bump on the driver fender. I was quoted $125 by PDR to remove.
- The top is about a 7/10. It operates smoothly and engages fine. It does not leak, however I had have used some silicone and special vinyl tape on the inside in two small areas, about 3" long. I will have more detailed pics shortly.
- The top has is tearing above each door, in small sections
- The car has key-less and an alarm, but the PO only had it installed on the driver side? So the passenger side is still manual
- The OEM radio is wonky, it wants to play CD's sometimes, other times it doesn't want to.
- I didn't align the car once I lowered it, and ended up cupping the tires. They now produce a hum after 25 mph but it isn't too noticeable.

As you can see, nothing major or mechanical. Few minor flaws on a great car!
