Know of any new manifolds for KA-Ts, people?
Whatever happen to the SSAutoCrome 1 for KA24DE, its gone now =/

Hasent everyone had problems with cracking of their SS AutoChrome Mani's? Also, I dont see a external wastegate flange on that one... did I miss it? Im sure the T4 setup will have one but Id rather use a T25 Flange turbo.

i've read that forum like 209381-093 times, its old man new manifolds came out already i HOPE COMMON PLEASE!!!!
what kinda flange does a T25 have? size? blah blah blah?
oh the size for that is only T25 t28 any other turbos the same flange as those?

Any1 have pictures of the manifold that west posted?, i wanna see the holes i wonder if they are round or sqareish

get a full race manifold =) there are like 4 companys besides SS that make tubular manifolds for the ka

highest quality manifold u can buy... www.full-race.com they dont list it on their site but they will make one for you, probably around 1000 bucks

there is also iap tubular manifold, boss manifold, and to others that look promising, search around on the forums

Their manifolds require their downpipes also...which add hundreds to the cost...but....they are the best manifolds I've ever seen.

here is mine.

the finished manifold will be in stainless. mid to late summer time.

uses sr20det outlet and downpipe. but the side mounting for the downpipe is moved back about 2in.
If i bolted the downpipe at the stock location then a big turbo will not fit without pretty much grinding the entire motor mount down. pluse the sr20 cat bypass is like 4in away from the exhaust.

So i moved it all back and now a big turbo will fit.
