So I'm picking my sister up from school today. When leaving the parking lot, there is always a line to get out. There's also a bit of a decline at the exit lane. The guy in front of me has a white Chevy Malibu. I'm checking out this one other guy's fake M3, and I accidentally let my foot off the brake. So my car accidentally tapped the Malibu in front of me. The guy gets out, I apologize, he sees there's nothing there and gets back into his car saying something like "learn how to drive, you stupid girl" (I think I heard him say slut too). Well, I kinda got mad at that, so I tapped his car on purpose this time. He gets back out of his car and tells me to get out and fight him. So, I do get out and he starts saying all kinds of crap "What do you think you're doing, why don't you learn how to drive, dumb broad, yadda yadda... " On and on and then I heard the word "Bitch". Snap! I grabbed him by his collar, threw him on his car and knocked him in the nuts with my knee. Now, there are three guys pulling me back at this point, and he's holding his groin. I'm reaching out to slap him, and I kick him with the tip of my shoe one more time. So, he gets really red in the face and gets into his car and speeds off. And I stand there laughing my ass off.

Now don't you think that's funny?

I don't think I did anything wrong, I apologized the first time. He can't tell me I can't drive, you guys know what a passion I have for cars. And call a girl a slut when you don't know her? I don't care how big you are, I'll knock you in the nuts and bitch-slap you none the less. Now, who's with me on this one?

Well, the guy was just mad that you bump him a little, so thats why he said that, what would you do if someelse did that to your 240 that you &quot;love&quot; so much?

I apologized though, many many times. I re-assured him there was nothing there and that it happens when he doesn't even know it and he parks on Chicago streets. People knock your bumpers here all the time. And his bumper was in a HIDEOUS condition. I apologized so many times though, he still called me a slut and told me I couldn't drive. Stupid little.... Did I mention I apologized?

Well, the issue is that I didn't hit him but that I tapped him. Have you ever tapped a car? It would have been different if I'd left a mark, but there was no mark. That's what I'm trying to say. I've had people do it to me while parking and I'm sitting in the car. They get out, we make sure there's nothing there, they apologize, and that's fine. I never told anyone they can't drive, not for something like that. I wasn't even driving, for God's sake. Let alone call someone a bitch and a slut! THAT's taking it overboard. THAT'S why I kicked him in the nuts. I'm not saying he was wrong to get mad, but he was definitely wrong to swear at me. That's all.

Well, what you could have done was not tap his bumper again, but confront him about the comments he made. It's always better to not get physical about things.

Actually, you're pretty lucky that he didn't decide to sue you. With all those witnesses and all, you would have definitly lost the case. That is the kind of world we live in. (I don't like it by the way...)

DONT APOLOGIZE! It had nothing to do with cars. It was about courtesy and respect. &nbsp;You were a bit clumsy , you apologized. He had no right to anything more than that and should still have been expected to treat the people around him with respect. The fact that he then all of a sudden thought he had the right to insult, disrespect and abuse you makes HIM the guilty party to any neutral.

Can't blame him...most girls can't drive worth shit. Obviously you CAN drive well but from his POV your just another typical female driver who has no clue what she #### she is doing. My sis wrecked my old car (see website) and got in two accidents with it before that. She has also gotten in an accident with my dads truck and her jeep. Personally I think more extensive driving classes followed by more harsh testing should be required to get your license.

Oh btw, if I was in your position (female) and he called me a bitch, I would have done the same thing.

The thing is that there was no marks and he called me a slut. And told me I couldn't drive. That' creates a problem. I understand that perhaps I shouldn't have tapped him the second time, but he called me a slut! And said I couldn't drive! But I have a 240! And I wasn't driving. We were sitting still. My car rolled because there was a tiny decline. Ok, I'll still apologize for embarassing him, but I think I had every right to kick him in the nuts!
So, I may have been wrong, but... there was no mark. I've had people tap my car in traffic, in a parking spot; they apologized, I said OK. I never yelled or called them to fight. I would have laughed it off had he not called me a slut and a bitch. So...
