Anyone running a "twisted performance" Gt2871?

From the looks of it it seems to be a decent little turbo for $350 shipped. Aren't ebays like $200? I'm planning a budget ka-t build on my s13. And don't wanna use an ebay turbo. But don't wanna shell out $700 either Any input on this? Tell me what you think. Or even other recommendations. Thanks for reading!.

I've used the Isis rs3871r and it's pretty decent for the price. Just try to find a turbo with the .64 ar housing.
