Clutch Pedal Vibration, Grinding sound?

Clutch pedal vibrates while engaged, also noticed a grinding/vibrating sound.

the vibrations, sound changes with the rpm, as rpm goes up the vibration/sound gets louder.

it seems to get better after a few minutes of driving. i think the vibration/pedal is still there if you go high rpms though like 4000 and up, but not as bad as in the morning.

also noticed pedal is a tiny bit more soft on cold start, but gets more stiff after a few minutes of driving.

just changed new master , slave, and a steel braided clutch line.

any ideas? weird that it gets better after few minutes of driving.
