TPS closed voltage should be under 0.45V.

O2 sensor voltage does not matter at idle. As long as it fluctuates between low and high voltage at 2000 rpm, only then can you call it good or bad. And your idle is high.

Clearly there's a tps problem!
With the engine off, what does the tps read, when closed, and wot? Probably just needs adjustment,(if not shitty harness) but I would do base ign timing and idle as well. You have the tools right in front of you, anyway! Tps voltage is wrong! O2 should be fluctuating at that current temp Timing is incorrect even for that rpm, btw that's not idle, your ecu thinks your at wot but doesn't register that via consult. You have work to do!

Yay internally shorted ECU.
had the same problem with mY VH45. rear 4.5v at idle with the throttle closed. car wouldnt run for shit. swapped the ecu and it was all gravy. check your voltages at the harness with the TPS unplugged.

Engine off Tps closed is 4.48v and WOT reads 0.45 (backwards, I know)
I had another tps and that was dying and gave me flatspots so bought this one, my only problem is slight hesistation at slight throttle (after fixing O2 sensor wiring) and sometimes the computer sees throttle closed and cuts throttle at anything more than roughly 50% throttle Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

You can still turn the screw, if you are careful, jam something into it (perhaps a SHARP philips head screwdriver that sort of cuts into the plastic screw) and turn it. Or maybe even take it apart. There is no other responsible method for adjusting the idle. That @(*&#@ plastic screw is your best bet. |
