CA 1990 S13 hatchback 100% stock

Purchased this car from a retirement home, had been sitting for a few years, wasn't running...ect. Took it home, did a fresh tune up, all new fluids, new battery, ect (have a stack of recites
) got it running pretty good, paid the back fee's, but it needs smog. Won't pass cause cel is on for EGR function. Tired of dealing with it.
Has 196,XXX miles
Car overall has a clean body 8/10
Interior is where it really shines, original uncracked dash in flawless condition.
Seat has usual rip 9/10

Purchased stock, mods I added;
-konig wheels
-falkens with 70% tread left
-dual aftermarket head unit w/iphone USB
-B&M short throw shifter-
-pioneer speakers
Engine was left 100%OEM stock airbox as well.
