Overheating!!! Help me please!!!

Okay so my s14 with the ka24de keeps overheating but only on hot days 80+ temperature
I have done
-new water pump
-new thermostat
-drilled hole on top of thermostat
- 1 Efan (had two but got caught on my clutch fan)
- new clutch fan
-new coolant
- burped it 1000x
-180 compression on all cylinders
-new temp sensor
I have done basically all I can think of and have spent hours doing research I had a 2 row cx racing radiator but it got a hole in it...
Is there something I need to do?

Also it's says it's getting hot so I turn it off and when I turn it again it is in the middle again....... As of right now I am running without a thermostat and it's still getting hot I'm about to the point to where I'm ready to sell the car I'm irritated. Please help me. Thank you.

*I have been told it might be my gauge cause it would say it getting close to over heating and my thermostat is not open yet cause the bottom hose is ice cold*

What I currently have on the car currently
-stock rad
-1efan
-clutch fan with shroud
-50/50 coolant
-no thermostat(I know it's bad but It helped)
And all new water pump, temp sensor.
