Freddy intake manifold vs stock

Hey all I got a redtop with a gt2871 on it and the previous owner threw on a Isis intake manifold.

I have the stock one sitting in my garage and im not really pushing anything over 260rwhp.

So just a couple questions..

I am wondering if it would be better to have the stock intake manifold back on there?

Would it help spool the turbo by not being a gigantic whale penis manifold?

Also I have heard the stock manifolds are good up to 400hp is that total bs or is there some truth to that?

Thanks for reading

I'm sure if you go back to stock you'll have to adjust the fuel.

The stock manifold will give you a little more low end torque carrier if the longer runners. I use a Freddy manifold but I made sure to gasket match mine. I had to cut out allot of extra metal and then my welder. Added as bunch of metal to the other side to be matched. It was a lot of work but I think it's worth it with the Freddy. I used it with my 2871r and now I'm using it with my hx35. Only other problem I can think of is running top feed fuel rails. It only had 3 mounting points, not 4
