SR intake backfire? SR20DET

Recently Im starting to hear more backfire than normal. Now randomly I heard an odd back fire coming from the front of the car. Possible intake backfire?

Little background;
91 S13 with E5 SR20DET.
Stock besides bolt-ons ( Pod filter, FMIC, 3" turbo-back exhaust, Nismo Type A FPR, Z32 Fuel Filter).
Spark plugs are BKR6E1.
Fuel pressure is at 45PSI at Idle. Car does Idle at 1k without hesitation.

Haven't checked my timing. Idle has been adjusted to see if backfire would go away but no results.

Backfire usually happens at cold start once I get temp to reach 100 then I will leave to work. Once warmed up backfire isn't as much as when in cold starts. BUT I do get random backfire from the "intake" when I shift gears.

Is it something I should worried about, or something that can lead to get the "intake" backfire to stop.
