So after searching I have read a few threads and it seems like people do not know and they're just answering... about half of the people says yes they are interchangeable and the other
half say they arnt . Does anyone know if there is any differences between the JDM S13 SR20DET and USDM seR Sr20de water pumps at all ? Thank you.

will not work. sr20de (fwd) pump is shorter than rwd sr

not interchangeable. BUT, you can use an s14 blacktop pump on an s13 redtop engine. the s14 one just has one extra bolt hole that the s13 one doesn't need,

Why not just order the right one for your engine? They're stocked on both sides of the US and if you're in a hurry, spring for the rush shipping.

Just wanted to get it at my local parts store I get 20% off and its $40 through them. on frsport it was 64 shipped. I just went ahead and ordered it. Not in any rush really. 3 days is cool. Anyone know if I can use the gasket from the fwd sentra Sr ?

Yep just RTV, also the benefit of a s14 pump on an s13 engine is negligible unless you also swap to the s14 front cover as it is cast appropriately for the 14 pump.
