August 1st, noticed no one really has signed up yet... 30 spots, should be fun and plenty of run time.

sweet, that'll be 2 weekends in a row of drift action, maybe even 3 weekends in a row (fingers crossed)

man, there goes my roll cage money.

ive had a ton of auto'x here myself... no more money for parts!

good thing the car is getting pretty comfy, i think ill hold off on mods for a little while...

i got an invite. but i can't go! one of my buddies is getting married that day! sucks a lot. i really want to go.

hopefully they have another event styled like this soon.

especially after reading on the site, "This event will be for advance entries only. You must have multiple Drifting event experience or you will be notified by the organizer for an evaluation."
this is probably a big reason why people tend to shy away, that and club4ag's site is down...

Because this event will be the first time that DA is experimenting with run groups for Drift Day... 5 people per small group, run with small gaps between each one but you run 5 consecutive laps (almost like the nonstop drifting sessions you see at circuits in Japan). With this comes a high risk of impact... hence the need to weed out those with a lack of experience at Drift Day events.

At least you aren't doing tandem like some of us; full cage and suit required.
